Equinix Milan customers benefit from direct metro connections to the region’s main interconnection point in Via Caldera, which is also home to one of the leading Italian Internet exchanges and peering points, Milan Internet Exchange (MiX).

ML3, our flagship IBX located in the Basiglio suburb of Milan, opened in 2009 and offers approximately 3 megawatts (MW) of customer capacity that can be upgraded to up to 5MW. Basiglio is located south of Milan’s city centre and is 30 minutes from Linate airport. Our other two facilities, located in Via Savona and Via Cascia, are both conveniently located for commuting from the city centre.
