DC12 is the newest state-of-the-art Equinix International Business Exchange™ (IBX) center near Washington DC. Located across the street from DC10 in Ashburn, VA, DC12 houses 1,275 cabinets. The facility is a 2-story, steel-framed building with precast concrete that is designed for greater efficiency and flexibility for large customer deployments. DC12 is located seven miles from Dulles International Airport (IAD).
