Deploying complex workloads through infrastructure definition documents is now built right into Azure with Azure Resource Manager (ARM). In this session, we’ll walk you through the deployment of a network, virtual machines and a load balancer to make the environment highly available. We’ll also review the anatomy of an infrastructure template so you can roll-your-own in the future. |

Cutting the servers out of website deployments can streamline development processes and ensure consistent deployments time and time again. In this session, we’ll walk you through leveraging Azure App Service web apps to deploy a simple auto-scaling web application. We’ll also review the pros and cons of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) vs Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and when each may be applicable. |
